Thai Vegan Cooking Class:Khao Soi

Come join this hands on cooking class where we will make the Thai dish Khao soi. We will make handmade noodles, roll them out, boil some fo rthe soup and fry some noodles for the topping. We will also be making the rich, savory northern Thai curry broth for the dish. And of course we then sit down and enjoy our creations together! Limited space for only 5 people.
