Reground is an event promoted by Wellness in Action with the aim to gather, celebrate, honor, bring self-care and acknowledge immigrant/refugee and BIPOC communities. The intention of Reground is to recognize the resilience and resistance of immigrants, refugees, Black, Indigenous and People of Color to survive and thrive in a time and space that was not designed to serve nor to welcome these communities.

This year has been a difficult one, so many challenges surround us all, inside and outside the country. For us in Wellness in Action one thing became even more clear; the power of community love and wisdom sustains us and supports us during the hardest times and it is also alive and present to celebrate us when we shine. Community love and ancestral wisdom have the power to offer us the right medicine when we didn't even know we needed it. 

For our Reground 2025 event, we are happy to invite you to a full day of Community Healing and Ancestral Wisdom manifestation/exploration. We want to share the power we get from the communities we work with and we also want to learn more about how you practice and share your own community love, ancestral wisdom and values. Come and join us to embrace, share and receive the amount of love and healing our communities generously offer to us all year long.
