POP-UP CLASSES ON THE GRASS

JOIN ME FOR POP-UP CLASSES ON THE GRASS-ES (Hahaha!) Monday and Tuesday, at 12:10 PM join me for a class, treat yourself to some midday mindful movement. These will be based on Pilates mat and yoga. Suitable for people of all ages and abilities. (If you bring your Child(ren), you'll just need to keep an eye on your Child(ren.) Suggested Donation $25. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
See you on the grass outside of Piedmont Elementary School. BRING YOUR MAT and WATER BOTTLE and a TOWEL IF THAT HELPS YOU BE MORE COMFORTABLE! A hat and sunglasses, too, perhaps?
