Join us under the New Moon on Friday, August 22 for Moon Medicine: Begin, an intimate sound bath and water-based wellness experience designed for deep reflection, nervous system reset, and sacred stillness.

This New Moon, which peaks at 11:06 PM, is a potent time to pause, listen, and begin again. Whether you're floating beneath the stars or grounded poolside, this experience invites you to realign with your frequency and honor what's next.

Held in a private outdoor space, you'll be guided by sound healer 3Lise, whose work with crystal singing bowls, aromatics, and intentional vibration supports emotional clarity, release, and healing.

🌑 This night is ideal for: introverts, journalers, sensitive souls, and anyone seeking gentle new beginnings.

💧 Two Ways to Experience:

• Float Session : In-pool, weightless, cocooned in sound
• Earth Session : Poolside on yoga mats or loungers, grounded in stillness (ideal for non-swimmers)

🕯️ Schedule:

• 8:00–8:30 PM — Arrival, tea, Plant Culture bites, intention setting
• 8:30–9:30 PM — Sound bath + float/earth session
• 9:30–10:00 PM — Decompress, journal, reflect, and release
