The day consists of two modular workshops, both of them unique in content.
These workshops are down-to-earth and practical. We learn by direct experience of giving and receiving the bodywork and doing the exercises. Breema offers perspectives and experiences that can become the foundation of a profound self-understanding, with the potential to have a transformative effect on one’s life. The workshops offer important support for bodyworkers, as well as for practitioners in the fields of mental, physical, and emotional health, but anyone with an interest in finding more meaning and fulfillment will find them invaluable.
