End of Summer Block Party (Presented by Afrobeats Oakland & UTAKE Ent.)

✨ Ever wish those childhood block parties from the movies were real? Well, we’re bringing that dream to life right here in the Bay!

Afrobeats Oakland is teaming up with UTAKE ENT. to host our first-ever End of Summer Block Party — the official follow-up to our Afrobeats at the Lake Festival. We’re closing out the Bay Area’s summer with a full day of:

🎶 Afrobeats, Amapiano, Afro House & Classic Hits
🎨 Live Art & Community Vibes
🍴 Food Trucks & Local Eats
🎲 Adult Games & Outdoor Fun

🌞 A whole day outside, celebrating music, culture, and community the best way we know how!

And as an added bonus, we've invited ASAKE's official DJ - BLISS MAN - to headline this amazing event. He be joined by our Afrobeats Oakland family - Juan G, KOKO, Mena Man, Momo, Goma and more!

FAQs

• This is an 18 and over event. There will be a an adult game area hosted by AfroFit.
• Parking around the event is is available, including a midium size parking lot and street parking. However, we strongly advise ubering or using public transportation if possible. The closest BART stations are 12th Street.
• Food and Beverages will be provided for purchase by a selection of food trucks. We also have a specialty spirits cocktail bar hosted by Parliament and UTAKE Ent.
• It tends to get chilly as the sun hides behind the surrounding buildings, so make sure to bring some warm clothes.
