James Cook (WildlifeWithCookie on YouTube) talks about how thermal imaging has been a game changer for his work, improving his detection and tracking capabilities exponentially when searching for rare and non-native species here in the UK and over in Africa on his recent travels. There will also be a short Q&A after James's presentation before he heads out on Pulsar's thermal nature walk.
Event takes place on the Pulsar stand at the Global Birdfair (F7 in the Falcon Marquee). This event is not ticketed, but we kindly ask you to register your interest.
Please note that this event takes place within the Global Birdfair 2025 and admission tickets will be needed to enter the festival.
