Healing in Transition: Anticipatory Grief

Anticipatory grief is a feeling of grief before an impending loss. During this monthly support group, connect with others who are experiencing anticipatory grief, share your stories, and receive encouraging support as you walk through this journey with your loved one.

Each group will provide coping skills, address the challenges that come with grief, and allow for an opportunity to share and connect with others who are grieving. Participants are encouraged to come as often as they need.
