“One Big Family, Driven by Hope” International Overdose Awareness Day (IOAD) 2025

Join us for International Overdose Awareness Day at _alt Chicago (5645 W. Lake, 60644) on Friday, August 29, 2025 from 11am - 1pm.

This year’s theme “One Big Family, Driven by Hope” means this year’s gathering will be like a family reunion for over 30 community building and community health organizations on the West Side as we work to #EndOverdose through celebration and education.

There will be music, free food, vendors, a DJ, activities for the kids, and a chance to make connections with friends and colleagues working to keep “the West Side the best side.”
