Community Health Showcase

Join the Oak Creek Health Department for our in-person Community Health Showcase on Wednesday, August 20th from 2-6 p.m. in the Multi-Purpose Room at the Oak Creek Civic Center (8040 S 6th St.). This event is open-house style, so stop by anytime.

We're excited to share key health trends and community insights that will shape the future of health in Oak Creek. Come explore data from recently collected community surveys, focus groups, interviews, and external sources. After exploring the data, you'll have the chance to vote on which priorities and sub-topics should be the focus of the Oak Creek Health Department's 2026-2031 Community Health Improvement Plan. Your input is crucial!

Those who attend the event in-person will get giveaways and extra entries into our raffle for three $25 gift cards to Milwaukee County Parks!
