This student-only session is created for high school seniors and college students navigating stress, transitions, and the pressure of what’s next. Through guided breathwork and immersive sound healing, you’ll be supported in slowing down, grounding your body, and reconnecting with your inner voice — in a safe, welcoming, and age-appropriate environment.
At Hidden Gem Spa, our signature 9-Breathwork Technique Philosophy uses intentional breathing patterns to support mental clarity, emotional balance, and physical relaxation, while therapeutic sound helps create a sense of calm and presence.
This isn’t a lecture.
