Morning Meditation with Singing Bowls at Thoman Park

Morning meditation and singing bowls healing experience.
There will be an opportunity to shake out our energy and set an intention for our guided meditation and enjoying the vibrations of crystal singing bowls. Bring your yoga mat, pillow, blanket, reuseable water bottle, and any additional comfort items (bug spray) for laying in the grass.
$15, age 17 & under free with a parent/guardian.
