Join us on Saturday, September 20th, 2025, at for a transformative one-day experience designed for men and women seeking emotional healing, clarity, and a deeper connection to self. Through a blend of breathwork, meditation, movement, mindset exploration, group sharing, and sound healing, you will be guided on a journey of release, renewal, and remembrance of the love you truly are.

✨ What’s Included:

• Full access to all retreat sessions (breathwork, meditation, movement, sound healing, group sharing, and blessing ceremony)
• Nourishing mid-day snack and beverages (please bring your own light lunch)
• A safe, supportive space for both men and women to relax, release, and reconnect
• Free on-site parking for all attendees

🧘 What to Bring:

• Yoga mat
• Eye mask
• One pillow (to sit on and rest your head)
• Water bottle
• Socks
• Loose, comfortable clothing around the waist

• Avoid caffeine at least 1 hour before the retreat begins
• Carry a light lunch for yourself
