Join me in an incredibly beautiful lakeside setting to connect with nature and find a true sense of calm. As soon as you set foot into this serene location, you will exhale, smile and let go of stress.
We will take a mindful meander around the lake, barefoot if you wish, to explore our surroundings and the abundance of life and colour around us.
We will move our bodies through a gentle, slow-flowing yoga sequence, giving time and space to really appreciate the scene around us and being guided by our breath. We will meditate and tune into our senses, absorbing nature into our souls, and rest deeply with the soothing sounds of nature as our playlist.
We will share herbal tea and homemade vegan cake whilst relaxing in this place of pure peace.
You will leave with joy and gratitude in your heart and mind, hoping to come again soon!

In the event of rain, there is a covered outdoor area so the event can still go ahead but if weather or the ground conditions prove totally unsuitable I will rearrange the date or offer a refund.
