It’s a great time to visit the award winning heritage site to enjoy a relaxing painting class, along with the seasonal beauty of this rural location.
The Battle of Bosworth 1485: A rebel army wins the day. The events of August 1485 were a significant turning point in English history.
The Heritage Centre recounts the history of a battlefield lost and found.
There’s lots to see and do; as well as the painting class, you can explore the interactive exhibition galleries and refuel at the 1485 Tithe Barn Cafe, visit the nearby glass workshop, take a canal towpath walk or chat with the on-site guides.
Throughout the year the amazing team of Battlefield Guides deliver engaging guided walks around the Battlefield Trail, explaining the Wars of the Roses, the Battle of Bosworth, the death of King Richard III, the unlikely victory of Henry Tudor and what happened next!
