Awakening the Heart – A Sacred Sound Journey
Wednesday 11th June | 6–7pm | Nuneaton Heritage Centre

You are warmly invited to a peaceful evening of gentle healing and deep connection as we awaken the heart space through meditation, sound, and intention.

Before you even arrive, distant Reiki will be lovingly sent to begin preparing your energy field — supporting you in softening, releasing, and arriving fully into your sacred space.

We’ll begin with a grounding guided meditation to calm the nervous system and settle the mind. From there, you’ll be gently led into a journey of sound healing — with soothing instruments, sacred frequencies, and space to reconnect to your heart’s quiet wisdom.

This is your time to pause, breathe, and receive.

What to bring:

Yoga mat or something comfy to lie on

Blanket and cushion

Water

An open heart
