1 man , 104 miles in 7 days

Koa will be setting off from the makery in Nuneaton on his 104 mile run on the 9th August. Last year while walking the uk he stopped of at the makery for a hot chocolate and a rest.

Feel free to ask why. Koa walked half the UK last year, so why is he running 104 miles this year? He want to raise awareness for men’s mental health, suicide prevention and homelessness, He also sleeps rough in a tent to raise awareness for homelessness around the uk, this is a huge concern for many including Koa. More can be done!

Koa has suffered with mental health issues him self. He also wants to have an impact on men’s mental health by raising more awareness that men are taking their own lives every single day.
