Community Music and Performances Inc. presents the Concordia Mandolin and Guitar Ensemble in the third concert of a series of three wonderful concerts: The Whitehorse Winter Concert Series – Sunday Serenades.
The Concordia Mandolin & Guitar Ensemble will present a wide-ranging program covering instrumental and vocal music from Vivaldi and Elgar to the Beatles.
The 20 instrumentalists play mandolins, mandolas, guitars, basses, clarinet and even accordion, led by their musical directors, Basil Hawkins and Juliette Maxwell.
And, you can meet the members from the ensemble during interval and take a closer look at the instruments.
Doors open at 1:30 for pre-show drinks and snacks and the show commences promptly at 2:00pm. The event will conclude at 4:30pm, in time for you to be home before dark.

The location for the series of events is at the Mitcham Bowling Club – Function Room.
There is plenty of parking and the location is full accessible.
Seating will be concert seating.

Light snacks will be available to be purchased prior to the show commencing, during the interval and after the show. The Mitcham Bowling Club will open the bar for the event and drinks are very reasonably priced.
