Hatha Yoga Katandra

I'm so pleased to be able to offer yoga just up the road from home to fit in with the school drop off. Our first session will be a free come n try. If enough people are interested we will continue. It will also be clear if we need to adjust the time a little to allow the school and Pre-school drop offs to be smooth prior to participating.

What to expect:
Gentle movement with breath in a positive, welcoming environment.
Doors open 10 mins prior to session and close when session begins to maintain a calm environment.

Sessions begin with a warm up consisting of a mindfulness practice, breathing or pranayama and movement. Movements gently build, finishing with an inversion then deep relaxation and yoga nidra to allow the benefits of the session to absorb into the body.

What to bring:
Wear comfortable clothes.
Have an empty belly - avoid meals 2 hours prior to the session.
A mat if you have one. Some mats available.
