In this fun and kid-friendly group, children will learn together about valuable executive skills that will help them tackle the increasing demands of school and life! Each week will feature new topics, parallel to what is being covered in the parent group.
Topics will include: Planning and Prioritizing, Time Management, Organization, Task Initiation, Effective Study Habits, Flexibility, Motivation, Working Toward Goals, Emotional Regulation, Growth Mindset, and more! Kids will explore new ideas and develop skills through interactive activities and engaging discussions.
