Zephyr's Yoga Circle - October session with Hannah

Our yoga offering provides a calming and meditative opportunity to relax and connect with yourself and others.

Led by Hannah at her beautiful yoga studios, these sessions are a chance to take a moment of self care, and come together with others. Restorative yoga, some tasty snacks, and a chance to chat, share and reflect.

Please note this class is designed for those who are bereaved, rather than those who are pregnant after loss.

This yoga session is free to attend and is funded by Zephyr's.
