Sonic Masala Presents...Chimers (AUS)

Sonic Masala is excited to bring Aussie two-piece Chimers to JT Soar on Friday May 9. Fresh off touring as main support for The Saints '74-'78 (with Mark Arm (Mudhoney) and Mick Harvey (Bad Seeds/Birthday Party in tow) and announcing they will continue this on their UK, EU and US tours, this is the perfect opportunity to see the band in intimate, sweaty confines before they hit the bigger stages. Their latest LP Through Today (12XU Records) is available to pre-order at Rough Trade (and if you are nice to the Nottingham Record Coop).

Support comes from Leeds' Tiger Island (have wanted to bring them over here for some time, so excited to be making this happen!) and another act to be announced closer to the date...
