Serenity Sounds & Yin Yoga

A MONTHLY RETREAT FOR THE SOUL

Step into complete tranquillity with this transformative wellbeing session which combines restorative Yin yoga, mindfulness techniques, and the enchanting resonance of crystal singing bowls for a holistic journey for your body, mind, and spirit.

We begin with gentle Yin poses to release tension and cultivate inner peace. As the practice unfolds, mindfulness techniques will help you connect with your breath and emotions, and the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls promote relaxation and healing, resonating with your body’s energy centres.

All levels are welcome! Please bring your own mat, wear comfortable layers, and feel free to bring a blanket and eye pillow.
