Kidical Mass is a cycle ride around the streets of Nottingham. It is an opportunity for children and families to be able to ride safely on the roads taking advantage of safety in numbers. It should be possible for everyone to have their independence and be able cycle the short distance rather than having to be driven. This campaign and demonstration has the motto "space for the next generation" and "kids are traffic too".
If you have never been before, and wondering what it's like, check out the many photos and videos posted on the Kidical Mass Nottingham facebook page.
The police have reminded us to remind you to think about road safety.
