Hope Group Support Sessions

The HOPE Group is a group for those who are pregnant after loss, or are trying to conceive. The HOPE group meet-ups always have a focus activity or guest speaker. Each session gives you the chance to chat to others, sharing in hopeful and positive stories, as well as giving you the opportunity to gently connect to yours or your partner's pregnancy.

Sessions can include birth planning, creative activities, relaxation techniques, mindfulness, yoga, and managing anxiety, alongside professional support from midwives and other healthcare professionals.
