Hoopla! is a fun, free, outdoor mini-festival for ages 0-4. Enjoy puppetry, art, theatre, music, play, and exploration in a park near you. The festival is returning for its fourth year.
Small Steps Big Changes will have stalls at the event. They’ll answer questions and share information about local support services. They will also share information about other events taking place this summer.
Supported by Small Steps Big Changes and J.N. Derbyshire Trust.
