This months trail version of SRG takes us back to a favourite …
Ploughman Wood - between Lambley & Woodborough.
TOPO will be joining us as part of their national tour of the brand new VISTA Trail Shoe
Ross from Topo will be bringing along try-on shoes for us all to use for the trail run.

Tried and tested last time we was here…nice little route that’s a bit under 4 miles long and all but the first and last 100 metres are off road.
One significant climb on the way out, but other than that it’s a few undulations around the woods.
The ground should be hard and sure footed with the weather we’ve had.
Usual Social Run rules apply… we’ll take it easy and have plenty of stops along the way to keep everyone together.
All OK for refreshments in The Woodlark afterwards - they’re happy for a bunch of sweaty runners to rehydrate after the run … no problem at all!
There’s on street parking so PLEASE park considerably
If there isn’t much street parking left, you could park on the main road through Lambley and run up.
