Eva Wilde aka @ranging_poler has been a pole dancer for 8 years and a pole dance and movement coach for 4 years. She is invested in creating a fun & encouraging environment
where people can explore movement safely and sustainably.
Known for her slinky movement up the pole, down on the floor, and everywhere in between. Specializing in Static pole movement including low-flow and static rotations up the pole. She loves getting into the nitty gritty details of what makes things work and how to translate this to a variety of humans who come
to her classes.
A dedicated student of learning, Eva has consistently invested time into learning to be a better coach for her students.

🍯 The Wilde Signature 2-3.30pm £38
Eva loves a slow, gooey, slippery & slinky heels choreography class. Within this choreography we explore
continuous movement opportunities by blending standing flow & floorwork together.
Eva’s choreography classes are all about having a fun time & creating a safe space where we can find some connection between ourselves and movement. The art of staying present and finding opportunities for mind and body connection.
Suitable for upper beginner+
Prerequisites: Experience of flow moves such as pirouette, spins, shoulder rolls etc can be useful.
🌊 Waves and Ripples 3.45 - 5.15pm £38
Creating movement within traditional tricks is Eva’s favorite way to play with static pole. Evolving old “tricks” into waving & rippling delicious opportunities that give a completely different movement texture.
In this workshop we’ll focus on some of Eva’s signature tricks to find wave & ripple opportunities. We’ll focus on the techniques of holding our weight on the pole more efficiently, gliding into contact points of our tricks & introducing body isolations up the pole.
Delve into the world of making the simplest things appear mesmerizing.
Suitable for intermediates and above
Prerequisites: solid inverts and outside & inside leg hooks. Experience of brass monkeys.
