Connecting with Spirit Guides through Drawing

There are many ways to connect with spirit guides in this life, but I have found drawing to be a very powerful one. You don't have to be any kind of artist to be able to participate in this workshop since we will use some super simple strokes on paper to get us started and take it from there in a very personal direction towards your connection.

The workshop begins with a discussion about spirit guides and spiritual connection. Participants can share as much or as little personal experience as they wish.

We will engage in guided meditation to connect in with ourselves and to request communication with a spirit guide. This in itself can sometimes be a very profound experience.

We will then use drawing to explore the face or being behind the connection and/or discover the message meant for us on the night. My preferred medium for drawing with spirit is pastels, but you may choose pencil, pen, pastel or charcoal to explore your connection through creativity. And trust me, you really don't need to be an artist or good at art to participate! I often encourage people to draw with their non-dominant hand so we'll all feel like beginners and connect in with our most creative side. We will also need to use our intuition and a different way of seeing (which I will share with you) to interpret what we draw on a deeper level than just the superficial image or marks we create.
