Our more advanced classes are 90 minutes long and open to everyone regardless of age, experience & ability.

You may have taken a few ballet classes before or been a professional dancer, these longer classes are a fantastic full body workout through classical ballet!
We work on many exercises at the barre, looking into classical technique in detail & through repetition. We focus on a wider range of technical classical steps also into centre practice & allegro.
These longer classes are great if you wish to be pushed a further in terms of technique, flexibility, stamina & control.
Classical Ballet is used as the core structure in all our ballet classes, combining the technical aspects of classical ballet technique, working key muscle groups in specially created exercises.
Muscle tone, core strength and flexibility can greatly improve along with stamina, posture, balance, control, confidence and so much more!
