This series of teachings and guided meditations explores how Buddha’s ancient wisdom can be practically applied in a busy modern life. Discover for yourself how seeing things clearly gives you the flexibility to respond to any situation creatively and constructively. Learn how to accomplish your goals and in particular develop confidence and strength amidst the challenges of daily life.

Fee £6.00 per class or 5 classes for £24 (payable on the door via card or cash) / FREE for members
