Our last S&P Connect Lunch of 2025 will focus on wellbeing in the workplace. Our guest speaker, Ben Handford, a local business owner who volunteers at the Samaritans, will share the challenges of walking the mental health tightrope and how the Norwich Samaritans helped him through a difficult time. This talk will help you strive for that ever-important work-life balance. Ben will share practical ways to build resilience when setbacks arise. The talk will create awareness, allowing us to support one another.
