Summer Solstice Mother Roots Retreat

☀️Summer Solstice special retreat for mums ☀️
I am excited to announce this special event on Saturday 21st June, a solstice celebration for mums (without babies or children). A chance to connect with yourself, others, and the scared energy of this time of year.
As a special treat we will have a drumming circle with @sacredwithsound Drumming can really shift energy and uplift you whilst creating a group consciousness and moments of magical entrainment, where the rhythm seems to be leading us rather than the other way around! I hope this will be an uplifting and energising experience for motherhood!
Then we will move into some yoga suitable for the postnatal body, building on this rhythm whilst releasing tensions and gently bringing in strength. Then we wind down down with a lovely long yoga nidra.
As always snacks and tea available, and the Waterloo Park cafe and park are a welcoming addition to the day.
