Join Tracey for this mat based yoga session designed to help you feel grounded, yet
energised, focused and calm. We will combine movement and breath to release tension,
soothe aches and pains and invite stillness & stability.. restoring a sense of balance to body
and mind.
Suitable for all regardless of yoga experience, modifications will be given. Please note there
will be standing postures and a requirement to move from seated to standing.
Please wear suitable clothing to move freely in and do bring a yoga mat if you have one!
Ages 16+
All of our activities and workshops are kindly donated by each of the practitioners for the benefit of the community.
This means that luckily for us, all of the tickets are FREE of charge.
If you'd like to donate however, there will be a collection box & card reader available at The Undercroft Gallery on your given activity date.
All of the donations will go directly to your workshop host as a thank you for helping us make this festival possible!
Please note: although these tickets are FREE they are limited capacity.
If you change your mind or cannot attend for whatever reason PLEASE refund your ticket so that another guest may come along.
