Lunchtime Meditation Class - The Forum

Living Meditation
Tuesdays 12.30 – 1.10 pm

Apr 29 – Jul 15 (no class May 27) | The Forum, Millenium Plain, NR2 1TF

with meditation teacher Gen Kelsang Chokyong

Guided 40 minute meditation classes providing an introduction to meditation. You can drop -in any week. Everybody welcome.
