Je suis Swing

Je Suis Swing makes a welcome return to The Maddermarket Theatre this October, alongside the superb gypsy jazz combo The Djangoliers to bring you a lively and uplifting evening of foot-tapping French and American swing standards and joie de vivre songs.

With a ‘Hot Club’ vibe, the evening is packed with gems made famous by a galaxy of musical stars inc. Django Reinhardt, Sidney Bechet, Michel LeGrand, Edith Piaf, Charles Trenet, Cole Porter, George Shearing and Charles Aznavour.

Blended with fascinating facts and anecdotes about the famous artists, ‘Je Suis Swing’ is the perfect accompaniment to a smoky Autumn evening.
