Join Director of The Art Academy, Claire Frances-Smith, for an inspiring paint-along masterclass in collaboration with Winsor & Newton. Claire will guide you step by step as you create your own finished painting on canvas board, using Winsor & Newton gouache paints. This versatile, opaque medium combines the qualities of watercolor and acrylic, making it ideal for both complete beginners and experienced artists.
Each participant will receive an artist pack worth £60, containing all the materials needed for the evening - which are yours to keep. Please bring an apron or wear clothing suitable for painting.
With over 40 years of professional experience and 15 years teaching at The Art Academy in Norwich, Claire is passionate about helping artists of all abilities develop their skills. Known for her sweeping Norfolk skies and countryside scenes, she brings a wealth of knowledge, practical tips, and creative inspiration to every session.
Whether you are a budding artist or picking up a brush for the first time, this interactive masterclass is designed to inspire, educate, and spark your creativity.
Tickets £55 include entry to the event, drink on arrival and a pack containing the materials.
