A FREE workshop for Aylsham High School parents/carers led by
Sara Dale our Social, Emotional and Mental Health Officer.

This workshop is designed to help parents/carers support their children who experience anxiety about attending school - whether it's ongoing or triggered by returning after a school break.
We will focus on understanding emotional needs and share practical strategies to help you feel more confident in guiding your child through anxious feelings.
