FREE Outdoor Combat/Hiit Class

This is a FREE SESSION for all - Come and give it a go!!!

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to come and try out our new exciting outdoor fitness class on the first bank holiday in May.

I don’t know about you, but I love being outdoors!
This class is a great way for you to feel all the benefits of being outside! Fresh air, a boost of vitamin D from the sun and that boost of wellness! Particularly if you usually are stuck inside all day with work.

The class will be a cardio based class and will include combat elements, intervals/timers and much more!
You will lift your heart rate, your adrenaline will rush and you will burn hundreds of calories along the way! Whats not to like???

The class is suitable for all fitness abilities as you can work at your own pace.

Going forwards the class will be £6 per session or £30 for six consecutive sessions and it’s also included in our memberships for no additional price.

If it is raining the class will not go ahead.
