Feel Good Business Retreat Day

The business owners who prioritise self-care and maintain a regular wellness practice tend to run the most successful businesses. Our businesses can’t thrive if we’re running on empty.

That’s why, at Feel Good Norfolk, we have a keen focus on wellbeing within our business community.

These retreats are a unique blend of business development and wellness. In the morning, Gabs and Matt from Coastal Media will lead a workshop designed to help us gain clarity and confidence in our businesses. Then in the afternoon, we’ll enjoy some nurturing wellness activities together.

There are two key benefits to this:

1. We get to prioritise our own wellbeing - something we often overlook but is absolutely essential.
2. We experience each other's work first-hand - deepening our understanding of and appreciation for the services within our community.
