Are you a new Dad or a Dad to Be? GMOTFW are here to help welcome you into those first early days of parenthood with some fun, inclusive meet ups to help you feel connected with others while bonding with your baby!
With thanks to Family Hubs & Start for Life, we are excited to announce a series of "New Dad Meet Ups" which aim to help new Dads connect with others during those early days to support their mental wellbeing and prevent isolation.
Free admission, for Dad their baby and any older siblings. It is our mission to help Dads escape their four walls to stay socialised and less isolated during those early days. We will even buy you a cuppa and a breakfast roll from Greggs too! If you would like to bring a partner or friend for support, you are most welcome to do so, please just note this on your booking.
All of the sessions will be hosted by our warm, welcoming GMOTFW Ambassadors who are all parents themselves offering a supportive and friendly environment for parents of children under 2 or those who are expecting a new baby.
Hosted by one of our Dad Volunteers we invite you to come along and have some creative fun with your little one, additional older siblings are welcome too. With a range of building bricks available to use, from Lego to Duplo and mega blocks there will be fun for all ages to build with. Our inviting playroom will be open during the session with a variety of toys for all ages to enjoy.
This Monthly group will give you the opportunity to meet other dads who have children around the same age as yours and build some friendships to go through fatherhood with.
