At midsummer, pause to check in with yourself. The workshop will start with 10 min guided meditation which will help you to tap into your creative mind.We will then explore what’s thriving in your life and what’s asking for more care? In this session, we’ll use journaling prompts to explore your current emotional landscape, then create a symbolic inner garden map — a vibrant piece of visual storytelling using collage

All of our activities and workshops are kindly donated by each of the practitioners for the benefit of the community.

This means that luckily for us, all of the tickets are FREE of charge.

If you'd like to donate however, there will be a collection box & card reader available at The Undercroft Gallery on your given activity date.

All of the donations will go directly to your workshop host as a thank you for helping us make this festival possible!

Please note: although these tickets are FREE they are limited capacity. 

If you change your mind or cannot attend for whatever reason PLEASE refund your ticket so that another guest may come along.
