Beginner's Iyengar
Drop-in, donation-based Beginner's Iyengar Class.

Achieve stillness of mind and strength in the body with an accessible class using blocks, bricks and belts to access tricky-to-master postures. Ideal for yoga novices or practioners who would like to explore asana is greater depth and details.

All equipment provided by the studios, although you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

Suitable for complete beginners and newcomers to Iyengar.
