Baby and Postnatal Yoga

Baby and Postnatal Yoga is a warm, welcoming class suitable from birth until crawling. You will learn massage and yoga tools to move your baby and your beautiful postnatal body. It can help your postnatal recovery, aid your baby's digestion and sleep and works with their development.

This Thursday class is a Hellesdon Community Centre 1pm-2pm. A 5 week course, handouts and recordings for £42.50 or drop in £9.50 a class. Discount available for those on low incomes, please get in touch for this.
