Sunday Wind‑Down: Restorative Asana & Ear Acupuncture
Join us for a restorative yoga session, followed by a calming ear acupuncture treatment during your Savasana, designed to help you release stress and restore balance.
£20 per person
Asana Sequence: What to expect?
- We'll begin with 5 minutes of pranayama (Ujjayi & Moon Breathing) to ground and calm the nervous system.
- Flow into a mindful movement sequence to release tension and awaken energy.
- Ease into restorative postures to soothe the body and stimulate the vagus nerve.
- Finish with a deeply restful Savasana with optional ear acupuncture.
Ear Acupuncture: What to expect?
- Ear acupuncture is a safe and deeply relaxing treatment that follows traditional acupuncture principles, focusing specifically on the ears.
- Hannah will be using the renowned NADA protocol which is highly effective in supporting individuals with anxiety, trauma, emotional imbalances, addiction recovery, and stress management.
- Hannah will administer the ear acupuncture whilst Ana leads you through a soothing yoga nidra. You’ll rest comfortably on your yoga mat in Savasana as 5 small, sterile needles are placed in each ear.
- The needles will remain in place for 25 minutes, offering you an opportunity to disconnect from the outside world.
- Ear acupuncture helps to calm the nervous system and support the body’s natural detoxification pathways. The treatment will promote an increase in ‘feel good’ hormones and a reduction in excess stress hormones.
You’ll leave the session feeling grounded, replenished, and ready to face the week ahead.
How do I book?
Send an email or a message to us to secure your spot. You will be sent a brief health form to fill in before the session.
Important information:
- Please note, the ear acupuncture is not suitable for pregnancy
- Ensure you don’t arrive with an empty stomach - have a light snack before the class.
- Bring a hairband with you so that your hair can be tied up before the ear acupuncture (if you have long hair).
- Arrive a few minutes beforehand so that the session can start on time.
- The yoga session is trauma-sensitive and designed to be gentle and accessible for all levels - whether you’re an experienced practitioner or completely new to yoga.
