✨ Sunset Yoga at the Farm ✨

🧘Relax and reconnect with nature during a 45-minute all-levels yoga class led by certified instructor Laura Stapes (200 RYT).

🌱Set against the peaceful backdrop of Happy Hearts and Hooves, this gentle flow weaves together movement and breathwork.
This class is ideal for all-levels of yoga – from beginners to experienced yogis.

🌅Soak in the golden light and open sky while grounding yourself in calm and presence.

After class, take a stroll around the farm and meet the resident animals—an extra dose of joy to close out your evening. 🐷🐐🦙

✨What to Bring:
A yoga mat and water.

☔️Weather Note: In case of bad weather, updates will be posted on our Facebook page the day of class.

This is a donation-based class—100% of proceeds go directly to support Happy Hearts & Hooves. Donations can be made upon arrival or via Venmo @happy_hearts_hooves.
