SoNo 1420 "Finishing at Sea" 6-Year Anniversary Bash

SoNo 1420 America's Maritime Distillery is a veteran-founded and managed craft distillery located in historic South Norwalk, Connecticut. Situated along the Long Island Sound shoreline, the distillery pays homage to the area's rich maritime history, including its prohibition-era "rum runners" and the thriving oyster industry.

Join the SoNo 1420 team for a spirited event that celebrates 6 Years of Finishing at Sea, a process that follows in the traditions of pre-prohibition bourbon makers who aged their whiskey on flatboats floating on the Ohio and Mississippi Rivers. Instead of flatboats on rivers, our whiskey is aged and exposed to the elements on the Long Island Sound aboard oyster boats operated by Copps Island Oysters. The result? A full-bodied bourbon that embodies our maritime environment while embracing the whiskey-making traditions of old.
