About the event

NAMAI Women's EZ Defense Class

- Learn the skills of personal safety! We will be holding a Women's EZ Defense Session on Friday, September 26th.

Session time is 6:00 pm - 7:30 or 8 pm, depending on the number of enrollments.

This is a self-defense class that covers "The Essentials of Personal/Family Safety", such as:
* Awareness
* Understanding safe distance
* How not to be the easy choice
* Taking a stand
* What to do if things get physical

This session is for women ages 16+. We need a minimum of 4 participants to hold this event. Our maximum number of participants is 20. Cost is $25 per participant.
