Develop, hone and perfect your swimming skills at our non-residential Swimming Skills Camp at Merchant Taylor's School.
This Maximum Performances course, which has been designed and developed by double Olympian Edward Sinclair, focuses on helping participants improve their technique in all four strokes, starts & turns.
The camp includes demonstrations by an Olympian and group video analysis sessions covering each day's focus.
Participants will also receive instruction on swimming-specific land training techniques, tips on how to prevent injury, guidance on effective warm up routines, advice on stretching and help with how to enhance motivation.
This Swimming Skills Camp is open to all levels of competitive club swimmers, up to national level.
