Sound & Gong Bath

It is time to turn it down a notch here at ndoorz in Winnington and enjoy a super relaxing Sound Bath session on Sun 6th July 6.30pm £15. This session will whisk you away in a unique journey of utter relaxation as the sounds of healing crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, bells and other meditative instruments relax your whole body and mind.
You will lie down for the duration of the session and get showered by the healing sounds as you will find stillness and calm in your mind, body and soul. Sound Baths are proven to reduce stress, anxiety , improve sleep and just find balance in a busy life.
Suitable for anyone over the age of 16. Not suitable for ladies who are pregnant, if you have a pacemaker or suffer from sound induced seizures and by booking on this session you confirm this session is suited to you.
Bring a yoga mat (if you have one) to the session but this is not necessary, pillow and blanket for extra comfort. Wear comfortable ideally loose fitting clothing or anything you will feel comfortable in. Arrive 15 mins before the session start time to get settled and comfortable.
